How to delete your account
- Open the Pakades or Pakades Merchant app and go to Account → Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
- The account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is deleted or anonymised.
Can't sign in? Send a request from your registered email/phone to info@pakades.online or WhatsApp +62 851-3719-0353. We process it within 14 working days.
Before deleting
- Complete or cancel active orders and bookings.
- Withdraw your remaining balance; it cannot be returned after deletion.
- Partners: close the shop and finish incoming orders.
Data we keep
Transaction records (without unnecessary identifiers) are kept as required by law and tax rules, generally 10 years.
